Your solutions are within you.  At your most essential level is your internal compass; the part of you that knows where you need to go and how to get there - even when the clouds threaten rain.  It's much more common to follow the pack but when we do that, we're all heading in the wrong direction.  

You can change your direction to your true destination, no matter where you begin.   Sometimes all it takes is giving yourself the time and commitment to consider where you would like to be and why you haven't hoisted that anchor yet.
